Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation of a subscription paid or under free trial, your access to dashboards will be removed immediately. To regain access, you can reactivate it by subscribing to a new plan. However, please note that upon cancellation, there will not be any refund of your unused subscription amount.

To cancel your subscription, simply navigate to the 'Accounts' section of your InsightDials dashboard and follow the provided cancellation instructions.

Refunds are not issued for cancellations made prior to the end of the subscription period. However, you will not be charged for any subsequent recurring billings after cancellation for the upcoming billing cycle.
