Collected Information

From our customers, we collect Customer Information that is required to provide Services to them, as well as to understand and improve the usage and performance of the Services that we are providing. This Customer Information includes:

• Billing details (as necessary for our internal accounting purposes and for processing payments through our payment processing service)

In accordance with our Terms of Service, InsightDials may use information derived from Customer Information, for Analytics to understand how our customers use our Services and our website. Information may be used to make improvements to the service and to make targeted offerings of certain Services to our Customers. No information of our customers would ever be rented or shared to third-parties.

Purpose for collection

We process Customer Information for the following purposes:

• Name and Contact information: To identify account owners and to contact for both support and marketing purposes
• Phone Number: For enabling 2 factor authentication
• Billing address and details: For invoicing and for processing payments through our payment processing service
• Login information: For authentication purposes for the software, and to identify the user for usage analytics
• Login information for third party integrations, such as usernames and encrypted passwords: To connect to the 3rd party services in order to provide the Services

Data Source Integration

InsightDials provides customers the ability to connect their data sources to our application using our different data source integrators, which the customer voluntarily gives access to us, for processing. These third-party data source integration providers have terms and conditions particular to their data sources and, by making use of the data source integrations offered by InsightDials, you acknowledge and agree that your use of the Services may be subject to terms and conditions of those third-party providers.

Data Storage

InsightDials uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service. We use Amazon Web Services to store and manage Customer Information and Process Data. We do not store on our systems any data obtained from the data source integration, temporarily or permanently. However, it may be processed on our systems to provide the necessary service and also transmitted through third party networks. Your personal information may be stored on our systems. By accepting our Terms of Service, you are explicitly consenting to this storage, transfer and processing taking place. While we cannot guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration to data will not occur; we ensure to take all necessary steps to ensure that all information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Disclosure of Personal Information

InsightDials may share Personal Information within the company for business or legal reasons, like billing, invoicing, customer support etc. We may share Personal Information with third parties, in response to a lawful request by government and regulatory authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. In which case we will make reasonable efforts to give the relevant individual notice of the disclosure, provided we are able to identify the individual and are lawfully able to do so. In case InsightDials is sold or merged, the information collected from users may be transferred to the prospective seller or buyer of such business.

InsightDials websites may contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of such other sites. Please read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. InsightDials Privacy Policy as described herein applies solely to information collected by InisghtDials.

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of Your account, passwords and other tokens which provide access to your private information with InsightDials. Ensure that you access your account from a safe device or environment, which is free from virus, malware or other surveillance softwares.

InsightDials may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in InsightDials’s sole discretion. InisghtDials encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. In the event of a significant revision, Customers may receive notification by email or via the Services.
